I'm a Melbourne-based video producer with over six years of experience across production companies, corporate clients and independent projects. Before founding Sheahan Studios, I spent years inside full-service production environments — learning the systems, quality standards and production discipline that most clients never see from the outside.

What separates the work at Sheahan Studios is the structure behind it. Before a camera is picked up, time is spent understanding your business, your audience and the specific problem the video needs to solve. Every production decision flows from that thinking — not the other way around.

Our Production Process

A structured workflow from first brief to final delivery.

Concept & Messaging

We spend time understanding your business, your audience, and what this video needs to do. Henry writes a detailed creative brief covering every deliverable — so both sides are clear on the work before a camera is picked up.

Pre-Production

Shot lists, location planning, talent briefing, and interview frameworks are all locked in before shoot day. Thorough pre-production means the shoot runs efficiently and the edit starts from a solid foundation.

Shoot Day

Henry leads the shoot — directing, operating camera, and managing lighting and sound. The preparation done in pre-production means the day runs to schedule, and subjects are coached so they sound like themselves on camera.

Post-Production

Editing, colour grade, sound design, and motion graphics are all handled in-house. Henry works through the cut methodically and sends a first edit for your review — typically within 5–7 business days of shoot day.

Review

You receive a private review link for each deliverable. Feedback is collected, consolidated, and actioned — typically 1–2 revision rounds per video before final sign-off.

Delivery

Final files are delivered in all the formats you need — web-optimised MP4s for social, high-res masters for broadcast, and compressed versions for email. Everything is labelled and ready to publish.

Good To Know

Questions clients usually ask

Who owns the finished videos?

You do — all final delivered files are owned entirely by you. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you'd rather we didn't.

Where can we use the videos?

Anywhere you like — your website, socials, ads, internal use. There are no hidden licensing fees on final files.

What counts as a revision?

Each package includes the revision rounds listed above. A round is one consolidated set of changes to a cut. New scope — a different video, or reshoots — is quoted separately, and we'll always tell you before anything costs more.

What if we need more changes?

Extra rounds are available at the standard hourly rate — we'll agree on it before any extra work starts.

What happens right after we sign?

Your deposit invoice arrives, and once it's paid your shoot date is locked. We'll book the kickoff call and collect everything we need so the shoot day runs itself.

Project Terms

Deposit: 50% upfront to secure your shoot date, 50% on delivery of final files.
Revisions: 2 rounds of revisions per deliverable. Additional revisions at Henry's standard hourly rate.
Ownership: All final delivered files are owned entirely by GIGI Instyle upon receipt of final payment.
Turnaround: Typically 2–3 weeks from shoot day to final delivery, depending on revision turnaround.
